One Piece of Haddock
A little Butter (unsalted)
For oven cooked fish – place the raw fish in some foil with butter and seasoning – bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
For bread crumbed fish – Slice the fish into goujon size slices. Dip the strips into plain flour, raw egg then breadcrumbs (panko breadcrumbs are super light for toddlers) then place on a baking tray, sprinkle with some melted butter and bake for 20 minutes.

Slice the potatoes into long strips (not too fat otherwise you get burnt skins and uncooked insides)Put some olive oil into a bowl – put the raw potato in and shake around to make sure they are fully covered.
Transfer to a baking tray and bake on 200 degrees for 40-50 minutes until chips are browned.
We serve with peas for a nice family dinner
