This is a great toddler recipe but also tasty enough for all the family to enjoy for a mid week quick and easy dinner.
1 pack of organic beef mince
1 slice of bread
Slice the onion and soften in the microwave for 3 mins or by frying lightly
Using a food processor make breadcrumbs from the slice of bread
Place the mince into a bowl with the onion, breadcrumbs, herbs.
Whisk the egg and mix into the mince mixture. With wet hands roll the mince into 12-15 meatballs.
These can either be fried in vegetable oil or baked in the oven on 200 for 25-30 mins
Serve with tinned chopped tomatoes or passata alongside pasta or rice.
