Nutritious dinner for todders

Ingredients

Pasta
Butter
Grated Cheese
Frozen Peas
Brocolli
Carrot
Sweetcorn

Method
Cook the pasta – and add in the brocolli and carrots 5 mins before cooking ends, and the frozen peas 2 minutes before the end.
Once the pasta is cooked – drain with vegetables it has been cooking – then add the sweetcorn
Add the butter once drained but pasta still hot so that it quickly melt and then add in the grated cheese.

Serve with garlic bread or home made dough balls.

Note – if your children prefer a sauce on their pasta you can add pesto or tomato sauce instead of butter and cheese.

Also if you want to make the pasta non veggie you can add in pieces of cooked chicken or ham
