Ingredients 1 pack of organic beef mince 1 slice of bread 1 onion Mixed Herbs Garlic Granules 1 egg Method Slice the onion and soften in the microwave for 3 mins or by frying lightly Using a food processor make breadcrumbs from the slice of bread Place the mince into a bowl with the onion, breadcrumbs, herbs.

This is such an easy recipe perfect for lunch or dinner. We enjoy it as a family. Ingredients Tin of tuna Tin of sweetcorn Dried pasta for 4 people Cheddar Cheese For the sauce – I usually double the quantity 15g butter 1 tablespoon plain flour 150ml milk 50g cheddar Method Cook the pasta as on the label – I usually remove a couple of minutes so its a little al dente as it is going to go in the oven as well.
