Our Charities

Help us reach our target:

Help us raise £100,000 for charities

Our special charity is the Pulmonary Hypertension Association, due to Hollies link with the disease and the charity. We also have other charities that we wish to support as seen below. Once you create an account with Sassy Bloom, the points that you earn are turned into real money. You will then get the choice to donate the money that you have earned through our referral scheme to your chosen charity. Alternatively you can help us reach our £100,000 target for charities by donating upon checkout.   THE PHA IS SASSY BLOOM’S FEATURED CHARITY Pulmonary Hypertention Association The Pulmonary Hypertension Association (PHA UK) is the only charity in the UK especially for people with pulmonary hypertension (PH). We are committed to helping improve the lives of people with PH, and supporting the PH community in the UK. We do this by funding research into PH, raising awareness of the condition, and helping people in their day-to-day lives. The PHA UK was started in 2000 with only 6 members. We now have approximately 3000 members and over 10 years’ experience of supporting people affected by PH.   great-ormond-street Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity raises money to enable the hospital to provide world class care and to pioneer new treatments and cures for childhood illnesses. With over 220,000 patient visits every year, we need your support to help us give hope to our young patients and their families. An extraordinary place that needs your help. Great Ormond Street Hospital provides inspirational and world-class care to hundreds of children every day. But we need to raise over £50 million every year to help give hope to very sick children and their families.   Cancer Research UK A courageous spirit drives us all forward We’ve been going since 1902 and along the way we’ve achieved a long list of firsts. Now we’re pushing well into the future – developing newer, kinder treatments, getting closer to cures. Every step we make towards beating cancer relies on every pound, every hour, every person. And as a collective force we’ve helped double survival rates in the last forty years. But we can’t stop there. More than 1 in 2 of us will develop cancer at some point in our lives and with our ageing population, this statistic is getting worse. We’re fighting for a world where no one’s life is cut short by cancer. And there is real hope. Each year our scientists get closer to finding cures for cancers – whether through targeted treatment or simply detecting cancers earlier. Genome mapping and new technologies have put us on the brink of major breakthroughs. With the continued help of our supporters we will help turn these breakthroughs into treatments that could save millions of lives and accelerate our progress against this devastating disease. To save lives; to add years; to make treatments kinder; to inform, prevent; to expel fear and to cure. The only ones fighting over 200 cancers – including the 1 that matters most to you.   RSPCA
