Sassy Blooms Banana and Blueberry Pancakes

What better way to start the day   Ingredients 1/2 cup of porridge oats 1 banana 1 handful of blueberries 1 egg 1/4 cup milk (can be substituted with water or apple juice) unsalted butter for frying   Method Blend all of the ingredients in a blender (the mix will turn blue from the blueberries) Heat a little butter until pan is very hot and cook in batches.

Ingredients White tortilla wraps Chicken Breast 1 Egg Plain flour Panko Breadcrumbs Mixed Herbs Passata Guacamole or Homous Lettuce, tomato and cucumber sticks Cheddar cheese (optional) Method Mix the mixed herbs into the breadcrumbs Place each chicken strip into the flour, egg and into the breadcrumb mix Place the chicken strips onto a baking tray and bake for 30 mins (or until chicken cooked) on 200 degrees Place into each wrap some lettuce chicken topped with passata and guacamole (can also top with some cheddar cheese if you like) Enjoy for an early Sunday dinner – its a fun dinner for everyone to get involved in.

Sassy Blooms Cottage Pie

A winter favourite, we make big batches as it freezes nicely Ingredients Olive oil 800g beef mince (organic) one large onion 4/5 carrots grated one organic beef stock cube (boots baby range – no salt) 1 dollop of marmite 1 dollop of ketchup (not necessary) 1 tbs mixed herbs mashed potato ( Usually make about 10-15 potatoes) made with butter and whole milk   Method heat the olive oil, cook the onions (can add garlic too if you wish) until soft but not brown.
